Baseball, T-Ball and Cheerleading

Thursday, March 30th, 2006

Run, Run, Run, that’s all I have done this week! Thankfully I’m feeling a lot better and now don’t feel as if I’m dying. Terry has baseball tonight, Cody and Sarah have T-ball and I’m just waiting for cheerleading to start.

So this year I jumped in feet first without testing the water. I’ve taken on Policy Council for Butler County’s Head Start Program. Let me tell, that is a mess all of it’s own. I signed my 2 oldest boys up for Baseball/T-ball and Sarah decided at the first practice she wants to play also. Sarah is also signed up for cheerleading and Girl Scouts. So if I’m not out at the diamond, I’m either at a meeting raising hell about the mismanagement of federal Head Start funds or at Girl Scouts. I know it’s good for the kids to have activities and I know I’ll get used to running all the time, but boy just starting all of this at once… I’m not complaining, I enjoy watching the kids have a good time. So far it looks like Terry has a pretty decent pitch, but I don’t know anything about pitching. We’ll see how well he does with batting tonight. Cody and Sarah will start ground ball catches tonight, this will be their first official practice.

As I said before I want to do a SPF catch up post. If you get bored with it, I’ll understand. I won’t go into any extended info or explanations with the pictures, just the title, the assignment and picture. Alrighty then, here goes…

My Tagboard

Tuesday, March 28th, 2006

Ugh! I absolutely loved having a tag board, but evidently no one speaks english and they all had to leave messages I couldn’t read. So I have removed it, at least for the time being. Maybe these people will find some other blog to post to.

So I got up this morning and have an ear infection, it hurts so bad. When does this crap stop? I am sick and tired of being sick and tired! I had planned on sitting here all day long to update my blog and get it all back in order, but alas I’m off to the land of ODing on Tylenol and Amoxicillan.

Hello, Hello, Hello

Tuesday, March 28th, 2006

Jeez oh peets! It’s been what, a month? I’m sorry, I’ve been so caught up with everything from policy council (Cody’s school) to being sick on and off for the last 3 weeks. I’m going to spend the next few days updating and catching up with everything I haven’t done in the last month. Forgive me when my blog appears to be overrun with SPF stuff, I’m 3 weeks behind there. I also have pictures from the boys birthday party, pictures from Chippendales, and just a multitude of other things. Chippendales… Well that was definitely interesting to say the least.

So anyways, I’ll be back later, it’s awful late here and I do need some sleep. Later guys! Hugs and Kisses!

9 Years and Going Strong

Sunday, March 19th, 2006

I can’t believe you are already 9. I remember the only thing I wanted after losing Dakota was a sweet baby boy to bring home with me. God granted my prayers the day I found out that you were a boy. I think that was the longest 9 months of my life. We were on pins and needles over every little thing, so afraid we’d lose you. Then the day came when the DR said lets go. I remember how relieved I was when they handed you to me, I searched your entire little body to make sure everything was there. !0 little fingers and 10 little toes to be kissed every morning. You were just the sweetest and such a good baby. Thank you God!

Now you’re 9, where did the time go? You just keep growing. Sometimes I think if I put a brick on the top of your head, you’ll at least slow down a little. You’re getting to the point where it’s not okay for me to kiss you or hug you in front of others. You’re starting to find those places I’m just to tired to find on video games. You’re writing in cursive. Time has just gotten away from us.

I just want you to know that I really do love you. It may seem at times I’m to hard on you and I may be, I apologize, I just want the best for you. You are extremely intelligent and sometimes I can’t get past this when you do things you should know better than to do. I appreciate the help you give me. I love the way you love your baby brother. I have been truly blessed. Happy Birthday baby!

Party On Boys!

Saturday, March 11th, 2006

Today we celebrated all 3 boys birthdays. It is so much easier (and cheaper) to it this way. I know a few people don’t agree with me doing it this way, but oh well, life goes on. So anyways, the boys are growing so fast, soon they will be packing and heading off to college. They got a ton of stuff, enough to keep them busy for the next few days. Angie got them some clothes from Old Navy, she always gets the cutest stuff. My mom made the cake, I think it turned out cute.
